Looking for the perfect home

Year old female professional and my -year-old daughter. Relocating to the Lancaster area February 1st. I own a web development and marketing firm and work in politics. The majority of my work is remote. Both my sons are grown and off to college. Wanting to downsize from current 6 bedroom home as there are only 2 of us. I homeschool my daughter Juliet. I am immaculately clean and could be described as a recluse although I'm very friendly and helpful, or at least try to be. Christian but not pushy in my beliefs. Seeking two bedrooms or a large loft area for us to share. I do not party, smoke, drink, do drugs, or have any pets. Our free time is often spent reading a book, cooking, exploring nature, and traveling. Only seeking female roommates. I will never have over night guests. Looking to relocate by February 1st, but could transfer ASAP. Financially stable and quiet. Open to different budget options depending on home layout.
