THE SPACE:
Private Bedroom: $ refundable deposit).

Cannabis friendly/ We smoke.

Bonus Living Space: You get full access to the upstairs Loft/Living Room. It’s furnished with a in TV and is a great spot to relax so you aren't stuck in your bedroom.

Bathroom: Shared with a clean, respectful couple (2 men). Plus: Access to a downstairs guest bath as a backup/overflow when needed.

Parking:
For You: Guaranteed private spot in the driveway.

For Guests: Guests are welcome, but due to strict HOA enforcement, they cannot park in front of the house overnight ( AM). They must park down the road to avoid the automatic $ HOA fine.

THE HOUSE RULES & STANDARDS:

Kitchen (Newly Renovated):
We have brand new countertops, so using cutting boards is a must to protect the surface.

Dishwasher Policy: We do have a dishwasher! The co-owner handles loading and running it daily. Your only job is to thoroughly scrape and rinse your dishes free of food and grease before setting them down. (We just ask that you don't leave food residue for someone else to touch).

Bathroom Cleaning Schedule:
We keep it simple and fair. The bathroom should be kept tidy daily.

Deep Cleans: We rotate. You would handle the deep clean (toilet/shower/floor) on the 1st of the month, and the couple you share with handles the th. This ensures the work is split .

THE HOUSEHOLD:
Who we are: You’d be joining 2 owners and 2 roommates (a couple). Total of 4 people. We value a peaceful, organized home. We respect privacy and belongings.

Pets: We have 2 well-behaved security dogs (must be dog-friendly).

Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, large pantry, regular pest control prevention, cold AC, laundry room upstairs, and a backyard with a fire pit, netflix\ prime video etc. included.
