Looking up upgrade

Currently on the lookout for a new apartment! I am looking to upgrade my current place and wanna see what's available!

I currently have a bath, around sqft. I'm looking for something with a kitchen that's good to cook in, living room to host friends for game nights movie nights, etc. I also have a lot of equipment for work I have to bring home which would be nice not to have to go up stairs but I'm willing to do at least one floor. I also drive so having easy street parking or a parking lot is ideal. Ideal locations being buck town, wicker, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Ravenswood, Lincoln square, Logan square, Edgewater, Andersonville. I also have a cat. I also record audio so having something quiet enough, like with thick walls, non squeaky floors, not a lot of street noise is ideal.

My current place is raising rent to /mo, with utilities it's close to /mo. I'd ideally like to stay within that range but able to go to maybe /mo all in. If anyone has a place they're subletting soon or a lease that's about to end that sounds similar to what I'm looking for, let me know! Thanks!
