I recently moved to California for a full-time professional opportunity in the food industry and I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful place to call home. I work regular hours, have stable income, and value a calm living environment.

I’m a responsible and considerate tenant — clean, organized, non-smoker, no drugs, and very light to no drinking. I respect shared spaces, keep common areas tidy, and believe good communication makes shared living easy.

I do not have pets, and due to allergies I’m unfortunately unable to live in a home with cats. Outside of work, I enjoy running, staying active, and keeping a balanced routine. I’m friendly and approachable while also valuing privacy and a peaceful home.

Ideally, I’m looking for a long-term arrangement with like-minded, respectful housemates. Happy to provide references or additional information if needed.
