Home Layout & Features walk out basement nestled in the Poplar Forest neighborhood. Your entrance is the first set of doors as you come down from the driveway. First room is the mud room and laundry. This room is unfinished. Leave your shoes and outer-clothing here and enter the kitchenette and den.

Though the kitchenette does not have a full size oven, it does have a toaster oven and hot plate that suites most cooking needs. Though not pictured, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer for your use in the apartment.

Both bedrooms have office desks and the larger bedroom has an extra lounge area. French doors lead to the expansive backyard. Poplar Forest walking trails are just beyond the hay field.
