Looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom townhouse in San Marcos starting end of February. It has a private room with private bathroom. Has basic furniture like bed frame, mattress, and a closet. Can share the office space if needed. Has an interior car garage for one additional car. Neighborhood has a public swimming pool and grill.
Typical day (Mon to Wed) out for work till pm. Thursday and Friday work from home. Saturday and Sunday usually stay home.
Would like to know your work and what a usual day like for you. Prefer someone that's respectful and can keep common space clean.
