Staying in Madrid for 3 months

Hi everyone! My name is Sam. I'm planning to be in Madrid in April for 3 months until the beginning of July. I was hoping to find either shared housing with roomates or any type of short term rental for that time period. My budget is around Euros a month with all bills included and in the Chamberi area or near retiro park. I’m open to other centrally-located areas.

My background: American, just finished my PhD in physics and I’m doing a gap year while also applying for jobs.

I enjoy running, hiking, reading, movies, martial arts, playing chess, rock-climbing, tennis, and racquetball. I’m interested in getting into padel.

I have an advanced knowledge of the Spanish language- I can speak, listen, read, and write very well, but I’m still meeting regularly with a Spanish tutor and hoping to greatly improve my language while in Madrid.

I am a very calm, respectful person. Responsible too. As a roommate I would be very quiet, but I love to go out and have fun. I can tutor in physics/math and also English as I have ESL tutoring experience.
