I have 1 private bedroom for rent in Frisco TX near the Collin County Community College, minute drive from the new UNT campus and close to many hospitals within an 8 mile radius. Will include 1 bathroom shared and will be able to use the common areas as well (light cooking, no deep frying). Parking space is available with a gated fence. No smoking. No parties. Must be pet friendly, There is a dog and a cat in the house.
