I have a room for rent near Príncipe Pío (next to the Manzanares). It is available from January th. The room is around m², and the total surface area of the apartment is approximately m². The rent is €, and utilities are around € per person (depending on usage).
The apartment has a kitchen, one bathroom, a living room, and a small balcony/winter garden. It’s a calm and cozy place.
