Hi there! My name is Sae, F. I am a fitness instructor and performing artist. I'm looking for a roommate for the Primary bedroom in our dreamy bath two story townhouse in Echo Park by Feb 1st (or prorated for a sooner move-in). The room has two closets (pictured) as well as its own private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, bathtub and plenty of storage.

The rent is $/month the deposit is $. We live in an awesome walkable neighborhood where there are lots of cafes, bookstores, galleries, shops, restaurants and parks nearby.

The house itself has:

- 2 gated parking spots (shared among 3 people + street parking)

- awesome patio
