Garage spaces available for $/month; there is also public transit also available right outside the building.

In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air, shared kitchen and living room. Bedroom is unfurnished; common areas partially furnished.

Building amenities include gym, indoor pool, pickleball, game room, and event space.

First-floor apt with courthouse view with porch area. I have two well-behaved cats who eat food that reduces the allergens they produce.

I’m an education professional and I work Monday through Friday . I’m generally pretty quiet at home; I like to listen to music/podcasts/watch TV on my earbuds. Looking for mutual respect, good communication, and good boundaries. I’m in a long distance relationship with an equally quiet, tidy, respectful partner who visits me twice a year for a few days; previous roommates have always found him kind and unobtrusive.
