I’m moving to Paris in April and I’m looking for either a room in a shared apartment or a small studio. Here’s what I need and prefer:

• All services included (electricity, water, heating, etc.)
• Wi-Fi included (important since I work from home)
• Minimum stay: 6 months
• Ideally up to 1 year

✔ Living Environment
• A safe, calm neighborhood where I can feel comfortable coming home at night
• A clean, organized apartment with people who take care of common areas
• A relaxed, friendly, cozy vibe — nothing chaotic or loud
• Preferably female roommates, but not mandatory
• Respectful, considerate people who communicate well
• A home where everyone values personal space and quiet when needed

✔ The Space
• A comfortable room with enough space to work and relax
• Good natural light appreciated
• Reliable internet connection (since I work remotely)
• A desk or space where I can set one up
• Access to a clean kitchen and bathroom
• Safe building, ideally with good public transport nearby

✔ About Me as a Tenant
• I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with
• I work from home, so I’m home often but quiet and focused
• I enjoy a peaceful environment and keep my space tidy
• Responsible with rent and very mindful of shared areas
