2 Female Roommates for Bushwick Apt

Hi, I am a twenty year old woman working in journalism. I am looking for two female roommates who are clean, considerate and communicative for a Bushwick apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is near the Gates Ave stop on the J Train. It's on the second floor of an elevator building that includes a laundry room, a package room, and a gym.

The monthly rental listed is per room. All the rooms are large with closets and each have a central A/C unit. The kitchen has a dishwasher and the living room is big. Looking for someone to join for a lease start date mid January.

*MUST have annual income forty times the monthly rental rate or a personal guarantor who makes eighty times the monthly rental rate to apply.
