Seeking room - quiet & clean.

I’m a quiet, clean, and responsible adult in my mid-s looking to rent a room short-term, ideally month-to-month for around months to start.
I work an afternoon to late-night schedule. When I’m not working, I’m usually home relaxing or studying. I’ll be starting online schooling soon, so I value a calm, respectful living environment and tend to keep to myself. I rarely have company over and don’t host parties.
Cleanliness matters to me. I cook regularly and always clean up after myself. I don’t leave dishes in the sink, don’t track dirt through the house, and generally expect shared spaces to be kept in good shape. I’m easygoing, but not lax about hygiene.
I don’t smoke cigarettes and prefer no smoking indoors. Light weed use doesn’t bother me, though I don’t currently partake. I drink occasionally and responsibly.
Personality-wise, I’m a solid introvert. I’m respectful, laid-back, and drama-free, but I can be social when it makes sense. In my downtime I work out, read, and watch the occasional show or movie.
I’m looking for a straightforward, respectful living situation with like-minded roommates who work, clean up after themselves, and value a peaceful home.
