Quiet hours start at PM (no loud TV, music, or guests after that time). I’m respectful, responsible, and expect the same in return.

Clean and tidy – you pick up after yourself and help keep shared spaces neat
Early riser or respectful of early mornings and PM quiet time
Non-smoker, no drinking/partying at home
No pets (I have a dog)
