Looking for a someone to rent out my second room on a short term lease. The unit is sq/ft, and includes private bathroom and closet. Rent is $ and includes all utilities plus high-speed internet. Rent is negotiable for anyone that can move in soon. I need to get someone into this room as soon as possible. There are several high quality amenities included, such as trash valet, a hr gym with high end equipment, an Amazon locker, a pet wash room, and in-unit washer and dryer. I am renting the room out on a short term lease anywhere from months. Extensions can be discussed after, if first lease goes well. I do require a short interview either in person or virtual. This is just to ensure the living situation will not be problematic and we are at least somewhat compatible. The only requirements I really have is consistent, and reliable income, a decent level of cleanliness and respect for others space. Nothing crazy...

The apartments are named Crowne at Briargate, so you can look at the for more details. Floor plan is "Essex". I provided pictures of the display version of my unit. The pictures are not of my apartment. It is just to show the layout of the unit and the room for rent. If you are serious about renting the room I can provide more photos.
