There is ample closet space within the bedroom.

On-site laundry, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and street parking. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, air fryer, and ice maker. Flat-screen TVs are located in the bedroom, living room, and dining areas.

House Dynamics:
You’d be sharing the apartment with myself, a 37-year-old self-employed PR professional who works from home. Friendly, outgoing, organized, and respectful, but generally keep to myself. Mutual respect for the home and each other is essential. I have a 10-year-old French Bulldog service dog who is extremely sweet, well-behaved, and great with people and other dogs. The unit is dog-friendly for small, housebroken pups. Also LGBTQ+ snd 420 friendly.

Financials:
$1,500/month rent + $1,500 security deposit. All utilities included, including Wi-Fi. Ideally seeking a long-term roommate.
