This is a house where only 3 females live in. We are building custom 4th room. We have outdoor opening area in middle of house atrium for outdoor patio, big front yard, back yard privacy, open studio space for shoots, the neighborhood has big pool and tennis court area. The atmosphere is design black and white esthetics modern, furnished room comes with all movie platforms membership ie netflix HBO Hulu disney, 1TB fast internet, and many additional
