I’m renting, with option to buy, my mobile home for $ a month (lot rent and utilities included except for electric and internet). The home is available to buy for $. This home has all brand new appliances (washer/ dryer, stove, microwave, fridge) and has only been lived in for 1 year. Must apply and be approved with the community prior to moving in, requires at least decent credit and a clean rental history - however exceptions can be made for certain situations.
