2 bedrooms for rent, utilities included, in Denver, NC. Two decent-sized bedrooms, one slightly larger than the other,
$ for the larger one and $ for the smaller one, are available for rent in my residence. The couch in the smaller room will be removed and relocated to the living room. The living room, den area, kitchen, and dining room are currently being organized, but this will not impact the rental. As the sole occupant, I am disabled, but I make an effort to socialize with friends as often as possible. The two rooms share a bathroom. The living room, den area, and dining room are furnished, while the bedrooms are empty and spotless, allowing you to bring your own belongings. The fridge will be shared, and we can label our respective items. Please note that the rooms do not currently have locks, but you are welcome to install them at your own expense if desired. Your privacy will be respected, as long as you maintain a clean and tidy environment. No bugs or unpleasant odors will be tolerated, and smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. However, you are welcome to smoke on the front porch, side screened-in porch, or small back porch. Pets are not allowed unless approved by me, and if approved, a $ refundable pet deposit and a $ non-refundable monthly fee will apply. Only one animal is permitted per tenant, and you are welcome to have guests over, provided you are considerate of noise levels and clean up after yourselves. A -month lease is required, unless otherwise approved by me, with days’ notice before the lease ends if you do not plan to renew for another year or other approved term.
