🌟 Equipped with a refrigerator, in-unit laundry, and microwave. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware. I’m an introvert, usually very quiet, with no bad habits.
🌟 Move-in time: Any time between January–February -month lease.
🌟 Roommate requirements: Female, clean, no bad habits, no parties or bringing people home to party. It’s fine to stay up late, but no noise after PM that would disturb roommates.
🌟 Price: $1xxx, negotiable.
