Spare Room/Bath in DTC!

Renting out a room and bath in my spacious DTC apartment off of Belleview and ! In the heart of DTC has all the amenities. Washer/Dryer, Pool, Hot Tub, Pool, Twenty-Four/HR Gym along with a yoga studio! I am very big into the Denver music scene here so I will be gone a lot of the time if I’m not working I’m usually out and about. So you will get a lot of free time to yourself! keep the place as tidy and clean and we should get along just fine! The place is a little empty at the moment but planning to get a couch and table for the living room.
currently going for a maximalist modern style but very minimalist at the moment. If you are ready to move in by January that’s when I will be filling the room. Reach out and ask any questions you might have. Four Twenty Friendly on the porch outside.
