We are a house of mostly girls looking to fill our last room! We are all artists and entrepreneurs in the music and entertainment industry, and are looking for another likeminded creative to fill the last space in our house. In the upstairs loft we have a communal artist space. An interest in the EDM/Festival community is reccomended but not required. House is located right off the freeway with public transportation relatively close by. ** NO PETS! We already have 3 cats and a dog. **. Move in fee is last month’s rent. Month to month agreement.
