The apartment is a beautiful nest with hardwood floors and second floor views of the park and the surrounding neighborhood. If you want to live in a wonderful apartment and neighborhood this is probably the place for you.
I'm looking for a roommate who has no problem the rent and the utility bills for internet, natural gas, and the electricity.
Please be very clean in the house and in your room and also be willing to help keep this apartment as pristine as possible in the shared areas.
