The house is in a great neighborhood with proximity to restaurants, parks, shops, bars and downtown. There is a shared bathroom and living area with washer and dryer in unit and off-street parking available.
The apartment is a beautiful nest with hardwood floors and second floor views of the park and the surrounding neighborhood. If you want to live in a wonderful apartment and neighborhood this is probably the place for you.
I'm looking for a roommate who has no problem the rent. The utility bills for internet, natural gas, and electricity are included in the rent.
Please be very clean in the house and in your room and also be willing to help keep this apartment as pristine as possible in the shared areas.

This apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood but there are sounds from the street that can bother certain people.
