I’m subleasing my fully furnished room (with private bathroom) in a lovely Mission Valley house starting February 1st. You’ll be sharing the house with just one super chill and very tidy
year old male roommate. The house features a gym, jacuzzi, pool, a balcony with a beautiful view, and easy access to the I8 highway, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Parking is included, please note that no pets are allowed.

Rent is $
per month plus utilities ~
