My spouse and I live in the basement. One roommate lives upstairs. You will share the kitchen and laundry with the two people upstairs. The kitchen is small and storage space is limited. The lower price reflects that and keeps this a good deal.

You must have no criminal record.
No cats are allowed due to allergies. A small dog is allowed with pet rent.
You must keep common areas clean and act like a grownup, not a wild animal that hoards trash.
