Looking for a solid, put together, reliable, honest, clean, non-narcissist, professional male to share a house with 2 other bachelors in the Southpark area. One cute and crazy dog named Archie must like you.

This IS NOT a party house and I'm not in a rush to rent to just anyone. Must pass vibe check.

I'm a self-employed guy in the renovations business, with long term sobriety. Do not come at me with tales of how you've been sober if you aren't working a program. I will call you out. Other tenant is a professional. We are both home bodeis who value peace over performance. This house is NOT MAGA friendly. If you aren't progressive, you will not be comfortable here.

This is not a suitable environment for a work from home professional. This is also not a place for unmotivated trust fund guys to just camp out during the work week. If you're a hard-worker that works normal hours, we'll be a good fit.
