The house is a .5 bath house and is furnished in the common areas.

Rent is $ (utilities included). Only desk and chair are provided in the bedrooms’ pictures.
There are extra amenities including biweekly house cleaners and gardeners, extra fridge, and high-quality house air filters changed monthly

Looking for long-term tenants.
There are 3 other housemates (both male UC Merced PhD students).
The house is ~ min walk between 2 bus stops (Foothill Drive and Cardella/M street).
The room is available starting around the end of December.
