in West Hollywood, near Hamburger Marys; a prime spot for all of Weho and central to LA. Walkable to any daily errand (pharmacy, grocery, post office), 3 world renowned comedy venues, a hundred gyms, dozens of restaurants, more bars, library, urgent care, Prep location, 5 dispensaries, multiple parks of various sizes, many IG thirst traps, and all the weho clubs and sex (two blocks from vaseline alley).  


Its a bathroom; /person a month, all inclusive, which Includes half the space, the larger room with significantly more storage, every streaming platform (netflix, prime, hbo max, disney, peacock, paramount, apple, youtube+, etc), internet, water, gas, trash, electric, and joint living amenities (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, etc). The apartment is rent controlled. Everything but the bedroom is fully furnished, and host can assist in furnishing. 


On laundry, pool, easy parking, hardwood floors, pets of any size allowed, hot neighbors, city transit (Weho and LA), quiet street but busy city section (between Melrose and Santa Monica Boulevard).  


Prefer someone with a day job out of the house. Would love for us to be friends, but at least respectful.
