Children will only be in the home every other week of each month and are school-aged so will not be in the home at all hours of the day. Devin will not be at home often due to work, school, and church schedule. He is looking for a room or back house to rent in Carson, West Long Beach, Wilmington, Harbor City, Lomita, and Torrance - CA. His budget is between fivehundred and one thousand USD and would like to move by December 6 or ASAP. Devin will be able to provide references, proof of income, and is OK with a background check.
