The house is about minutes from Lackland AFB. Rent covers all utilities and accesses. I don’t have pets and would like to keep it that way. The place has a water softener and a security system, plus access to a gym and pool. The backyard is well kept with a nice extended covered patio. There’s also a two-car garage for storage.

There are two rooms to choose from. One is already furnished as a guest room if that works better for you.

I can start renting on December rd.
