2 Roomates in need

Hi my name is Kendall and I'm years old. I live in a townhome in a super nice neighborhood right by the and I need two roommates in replace of my other two roommates that are deciding to part ways when the lease is up. Move-in date is Jan. and the townhome holds 3 people in total. Rooms available is the master bedroom and one of the smaller bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Rent will be split 3 ways with the two smaller rooms having a base pay of $ and the master having a base pay of $ more for master). I'm not too picky with roommates because I won't be at the house much, but I would like clean and chill roommates.
