Requirements: x rent with Guarantor. Credit Score. (Landlord tends to be fairly flexible)
Living currently with 3 other professionals

Everyone is friendly and keeps to themselves, so little issues arise.
Electricity and wifi not included. Split amongst roommates. Electricity ($/m: higher during winter) Wifi ($/m). Will go down once other room gets occupied.
