Room for Rent - Move in January 1st

I currently live in a 3-bedroom townhome and I’m looking for a roommate to sign a year lease, starting January 1st.

The room available is the master bedroom with a private bathroom. Shared spaces include the upstairs office and all the downstairs areas — living room, kitchen, dining, half bath, decks, and a small backyard garden. Pets are welcome for a fee.

You’ll need to submit an application and be approved by the landlord to join the lease. There is a small application fee and you must be ready to sign by the end of December.


The townhome is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood near Lake Johnson, with easy access to Raleigh and Cary.
