looking for a roommate to share rd floor apartment in Green Island with. quiet village across the river from Troy. rent to pay would be $/month, with utilities to pay being electric and gas. property has large shared backyard. small pets allowed, but no dogs. no laundry on sight but there is a good laundromat about 3 minute drive away I use regularly.
My name is Nettie, I’m quiet and mostly keep to myself. the apartment is furnished, except the bedroom available which is not furnished. I have lots of cooking and kitchen stuff that would be shared with no issue.
