Owner and one dog will be occupying the upstairs bedroom. 2 more empty rooms upstairs that may get rented out in the future. Maybe. Shared living/kitchen/dining areas. There are 2 separate living rooms and two separate backyards. One fenced private backyard that owner and 1 dog will use (shared space)(cleaned daily), and a unfenced, semi private lower yard with a medium sized plumeria and some room to plant a garden, etc. Minutes from the hospital/grocery store, etc.
