BATHROOM has triple medicine cabinet, and spacious bottom cabinet with countertop space and bath/shower combo with large rain shower head. BEDROOM has clean carpet, LED lights and top to bottom window, with blackout curtains and pull down blinds. Facing WEST, with sunlight in the afternoon. KITCHEN is fully equipped with extra refrigerator for your own use (new), two ovens, microwave, dishwasher and large AC unit. Also filtered water. Plenty of space in the cabinets but prefer light cooking. Shared LIVING ROOM is open space with kitchen, has wooden floors and a rug, couch. COMPLEX has swimming pool. HOA takes care of facilities so it’s pretty clean.
Small and quiet pets negotiable, but no cats.
ABOUT ME: I am a professional, have an aged and friendly female cat. I wake up at 5 am and go to bed early, so not a place for a party or loud music. I work onsite and am home in the afternoon.
