Within a couple blocks distance you’ll find multiple supermarkets, laundromats, fast‑food chains, restaurants and bars. If you like nature, Central Park and the East River are both about a ten‑minute walk away, in addition to a small park right across the street.

Large room - measures roughly  sq ft. Apartment's heating and gas are included in the rent. Electricity and Wifi costs are split equally.

Roommates are yo, friendly. One is grad student, and the other is a research engineer at a tech company. They’re often out during the day, making it a great place to study or work from home.
