The apartment has a shared bathroom, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry on every floor.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two clean, quiet, and friendly Italian girls, both students.
We are looking for a female tenant only, respectful, tidy, and responsible.
Free early move-in possible around mid-December.
Lease runs until September , with possible renewal.
