Hello! We’re looking for a friendly and outgoing person to share a home with two wonderful women — one retired and one working professional, both in their s. There is an Indoor/ Outdoor cat that resides in the home. No additional pets.

Rent: $ per month

Utilities: Shared equally (about $/month)

Availability: Room will be ready in about a week

Location: Deer Run neighborhood

The room is unfurnished and rent is due on the 1st of each month. The home has on- laundry, street parking, and a warm, respectful atmosphere. We’re simply looking for someone who is courteous and cleans up after themselves in shared spaces.
