In need of a room

I’m a year old woman and work two jobs so I am out of the home a lot. I have one dog who is extremely friendly and well behaved. He doesn’t bark and is house trained. I make sure he is taken care of despite my two jobs though, coming home on lunch breaks and such. I’m very clean, not noisy, and would only have a guest or two over occasionally. I’m very laid back and don’t judge others lifestyles, I keep to myself but wouldn’t mind a friendship coming out of a new roommate! Happy to help around the home if needed and I work at a grocery store so I can always bring home things after a shift if needed. My budget is $ but anything cheaper is extremely desirable for a more comfortable way of living financially.
