hi, i’m alex. i work in art education, and in my free time, i take on creative work as an illustrator and animator. this is blu—she’s a sweet, energetic pup who loves other dogs. we’re looking for a roommate (or two) to take the rooms of my friends who just moved into their own place.

if you’re looking solo, rent’s $ for the large room. if you and a friend are looking together, it’s $ for the large room and $ for the smaller or three roommates, utilities have averaged around $ or less depending on the season. if you already have a friend in mind, i’m open to switching into the large room for $ to free up the smaller one for $.

the house at corona dr (unit a) is a quiet, dog-friendly duplex with two living rooms, a big fenced backyard, driveway parking, in-unit washer and dryer, and a spacious kitchen with modern appliances. the neighborhood’s calm and green but super central—only to ten minutes from downtown and right next to the mueller district.

mueller’s packed with great spots like torchy’s tacos, lucky lab coffee, via , phil’s icehouse, and more. plus there’s nomad bar literally next door, tons of parks and trails, and every store you could need within ten minutes (target, H-E-B, sprouts, marshall’s, ross, pet smart, etc.).
