Looking for a sublease for my apartment. I’m moving because of work relocation. You can take over around Dec or earlier and the lease goes until June . Flexible on the start date, Let me know if interested.

It’s $ base rent (I reduced it down) and then additional regular community fees and utilities. Parking is included, gated parking with fob. Also a personal wine/beer cooler comes with the apartment which is really cool! 1st floor unit overlooking the pond, very pretty!
