Month to month lease (we serve countless military, this is for their flexibility.) this can be negotiated for longer.

Rental application and deposit of hundred

Mini fridge and a rolling kitchenette with a portable stove top can be set up in unit. No main home kitchen, washer/dryer access. Laundry mat available point miles down the street.

The rent INCLUDES utilities.
