Hi everyone!
My fiancé and I are currently looking for a private room or small studio to rent. We are both full-time college students and also work in the evenings/nights doing Uber Eats and gig work, so we are hardly ever home. We’re really just looking for a safe, clean space to sleep, shower, and study while we continue building toward our goals.

We are:
• Quiet, clean, respectful, and responsible
• Non-smokers, no pets
• Very low income and open to any income-based or voucher programs (we’re still learning how to apply, but we are qualified)
• Have 1 vehicle
• Ready to move in ASAP

Our ideal budget is around $, but we can go up to $ if needed for the right place.

We’re both focused on our education and future careers, and just need a stable and peaceful environment while we work and study.

Important note:
Last time we posted, we had a lot of but many were out of our price range, only wanted one tenant, or unfortunately involved scams and… let’s just say some very unusual situations 😅 So just want to be clear — we are a couple looking together, and we are only looking for legit, safe, serious housing options.
