Hi, I'm renting a private room with a private bathroom. The apartment is in immaculate condition.
I will rent from November till January, so two months. The reason for renting is that I'm going to another state for two months. In the apartment, two more cool students live in their rooms.
There is also a kitchen and living room area. A person can always come and check the apartment. Include utilities.
For 1 person no animals!
