Hi! My name is Jorge and I’m moving to Toronto for work near King Street West. I’m looking for a clean and comfortable private room or studio for a monthly rental of at least 3 months.

I am a quiet, responsible and respectful professional. I don’t smoke, don’t party, and I value peace, privacy, cleanliness and organization. I spend most of my time working, training or studying, so I’m an easy and low-maintenance tenant.

What I’m looking for:
• Private room or studio (private bathroom is a plus)
• Easy access to downtown / King St W
• Monthly rental, long-term (3+ months)
