My name is Cass. I grew up in Germany, but lives most of my life in Texas. I moved to Arkansas about a year ago to start being on my own. I have two black cats. Mao Mao [9 months] and Salem [4 years]. I work in Bentonville as a Night Auditor and spent most of my days working on my artwork and personal projects. I am very clean person, I don’t smoke, and rarely drink. My only pet peeve is when people don’t clean up after themselves. I am a clean person and like to keep things tidy and in their places.

Apartments are located just off of I- between MLK JR Blvd and Wedington. As well as, located minutes from the university of Arkansas Campus. It’s also along the Razorback transit Route. Unit has Washer and Dryer inside the apartment.

The total Rent is $, but it will be split so your half of the rent to pay is $ due to the extra pet rent I have to pay. All the utilities will also be split. Water averages about $]. Internet is $ a month [$]. Electricity averages out to $ a month [$]. Groceries can be bought together, but things like detergent and other amenities will have to be purchased on your own.

I do have a Car. A Honda Civic. I am willing to drive if needed, as long as you chip in for gas.
