Looking for a person to take over my lease in the Liv apartments, located at Bell Street North. -I am moving out to a closer place to my work. She has a very friendly cat named hazel. Looking for someone clean and responsible -Rent is $, hydro not included. The lease is month to month and upon moving in first and last will be required.

She loves reality TV, music, and working out. She wants someone who’s respectful and clean. She works a lot and is usually not home.
