Hi! We’re looking for a friendly, respectful female roommate to join our .5-bath apartment in Glendale. The room is available October 1st on a month-to-month lease.

The Apartment:
Two-story unit with a spacious living/dining room, granite kitchen with dishwasher, small patio, central AC, and in-unit laundry. You’d share a full bathroom with one roommate (female), plus there’s a communal half bath downstairs to make sharing easier.

Location:
Quiet suburban neighborhood across from a playground, just a few blocks from Glendale Galleria. Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Target, and Ralphs nearby, with easy access to the . Griffith Park is a short drive away.

Roommates & Ideal Fit:
You’d live with me (works in concert/live production) and Brooke (works remotely in content marketing), plus her small, friendly dog. We each have our own rooms and we’re looking for someone in their late s with a similar schedule, who keeps shared areas tidy, communicates openly, and enjoys a relaxed, friendly, respectful home. We’re open to a roommate who likes to hang out occasionally or prefers to do their own thing.

Utilities: Gas & electricity split evenly (water & trash paid by owner)

Street parking is easy, and you can usually park right out front
